my ge side by side refrigerator freezer,,,the freezer fan will not shut off. what to do???

I will be happy to help you out. Do you know what the actual temperatures are in the fridge and freezer section? Is there any frost buid up on the rear wall of the freezer section? How long has this been going on?

Hello,

It sounds like the refrigerator is having an issue with keeping temperature. There are going to be a number of things we have to check to start narrowing it down.

First thing we need to do is get a temperature reading of the freezer. Let's also make sure the lights are going out when the doors are closing.

Let me know how you make out with this and we can go from there.
