Hello Peter,

Yes it is your transmission It can be repaired without replacing entire transmission but it requires a special tool that costs around $ 100.00 then you have the added cost of the parts to repair the transmission. If this washer if very old you'd be ahead to replace it. Thanks for using justanswer.
