OK jammer,
The most frequent cause for this is a broken coupler between the motor and the transmission. Remove the screws holding the control panel in place and the flip up the whole control panel. Next you'll see brass clips on each side , these pry up and out with a flat blade screw driver . Unplug the three wire connector going into the top of washer . Now the entire cabinet can be removed by pulling towards you and scooting it out from under the lip in base of washer floor . Next remove the pump hoses and remove the pump ( it's clipped on ) . next remove motor by unscrewing the screws holding the motor clips and pry these clips off. Unplug the motor wiring harness from the motor and pull the motor straight out. Now you'll see the coupler - it's plastic and rubber and you'll easily see if it's shot . Plastic pieces slide over the motor shaft and the transmission shaft with the rubber piece sandwiched in between them . Replace this part and reassemble .
